Every Arabica coffee bean which we use in making our trademark products travels from the far plantations on the other side of the world, directly to our café, ready for fine grinding. The coffee beans are actually the seeds of the coffee plant, and Arabica ones are quite unique in their looks, fairly flat, elongated and curvy-shaped, with a distinctive greenish color. The low caffeine content, which never exceeds 1.7%, makes it ideal for everyday use.
In case you didn’t know, Arabica is the oldest species of coffee, which counts over 1,300 varieties. With more than two-thirds of the global production, it is by far the most popular one. Most of varieties used are very difficult to cultivate and harvest, so to whole way of getting that high-quality, well-known taste we all love is much more than meets the eye.
Our coffee is a blend of the finest ingredients from Brazil, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. Plum, cinnamon, black chocolate and caramel are the dominant flavors, and with a touch of fresh milk, we get the final product.
